-Solicits all second year dental hygiene students at Wisconsin technical colleges about preparing and presenting table clinics.

-Contacts each SADHA President to schedule a time for WI-DHA to talk with the students.

-Provides information around graduation time on how to convert new grad membership to full membership.

-Contracted expenses (Lobbyist, web hosting, INDIGO coordinators, other Independent Contractors).

-Tax Preparation Prepare the Associations IRS 990 Tax Report annually (may hire CPA).

-Serves as CHAIR of the finance committee:

– leads the preparation of the annual budget along with the Finance Committee to be approved by the BOD.

-Prepares a Profit and Loss Statement to be reviewed by the BOD.

-Controls the Credit Card – making certain that all purchases are in accordance with BOD policies and authorization.

-Attends all BOD meetings (4 per year – travel expenses are reimbursed by WI-DHA).

-Writes an annual report for the GA (the budget).

-Elected by the WI-DHA General Assembly for the following year’s ADHA Annual Session/HOD
