Special Olympics -Indoor Games – Oshkosh

For over 40 years UW Oshkosh has been hosting this Special Olympics annual event. This year they will be welcoming over 600 participants in team basketball.

Special Olympics Wisconsin is seeking volunteers for this State Indoor Sports Tournament.

They are seeking individual who have an understanding of the importance of oral health and are interested in working with people with intellectual disabilities.  Dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants and students are needed.  Family members of clinical volunteers and general volunteers from the community are also helpful as recorders and athlete escorts.  For more information about the Healthy Athletes program, go to: www.specialolympicswisconsin.org.

Available Screenings

Special Smiles screenings are offered this year in Wisconsin through the Indoor Sports Tournament, Summer Games, Medfest and the Outdoor Sports Tournament.
