COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course discusses lifestyle changes at home & in the work place that improves grip strength & flexibility during repetitive instrumentation. Treatments incorporating hydrotherapy and exercise to improve circulation to the extremities of the hands are reviewed. The audience is engaged in hands on activities that will be positive life-long habits resulting in reduced stress & strain to hands & wrists.
